I love it! This entry made me laugh out loud and I couldn't resist leaving a comment. I would have snapped photos too! And also--hello! Hope it's OK to post this here--I recently found the Irene Kelly series and have read everything up to "Bones" and am currently reading "Flight" (I am really get a kick out of seeing everything from Frank's POV). I'm thoroughly enjoying each new adventure and I love Irene's humor--so refreshing. I just found your website and blog and am having a great time looking through everything!
Thank you!
I'm so glad you're enjoying the series -- and yes, absolutely, this is a place where I love to hear from readers.

Hi Jan,
I haven't posted for quite a while.
I recently finished "Dear Irene" and am looking forward to the next one. I've really gotten back into the reading habit.
Unfortunately, when I am reading, especially if it's something that is really interesting me...I have a tendency to nod off..... :)
When I come to again I have to go back a page or two to figure out where I was.
Anyway,
I love the way Frank and Irene come to life on the page. After the past few books, I really feel like I know them. Almost like they are friends of mine and living, breathing people.
But I have to say, my favorite character is Wild Bill Cody.
Hi Spaceboy,
Thanks! I'm glad you are still enjoying them.
Good to hear from you again!
Jan
